Lack of human support for clients

I am having difficulty is setting up sub account. followed info on your data sheets. set up first sub account with some difficulty. Second sub account user data entered and system reports error but gives zero information on error.
Moniker may be saving money with marginal customer support but this is costing me YOUR CUSTOMER real time, money and frustration. Not a good trade from this view.
