I added a couple of domains to my cart, but I wasn't logged in. While the domains were in the cart, I logged in and was taken to my dashboard. I then tried to find the cart so I could complete the purchase, but I can't find it anywhere. I don't see it on the home page, in the menus, or in my dashboard. I'm sure I can add them to the cart again and find it that way, but I find it strange that there isn't a cart button or that it's difficult to see/find.

Why are my domains on hold after I bought them and Moniker did not send me a email saying that they are on hold and for what reason! Do you know how embarrassing this is to me, in front of my client that I am trying to get more work from? I am getting ready to put the site together and deliver him his domains and work, and for some reason the domain is down and Moniker has my domains on hold for no apparent reason, no email no explanation.

I have auto-renew set up but it would be great if you would tell me if I need to give you MORE MONEY. Currently, I have to hunt down the renewal price and how much I have on deposit to figure out whether auto-renew will happen 2 months from now.

A heads-up when renewals failed would have been a great thing. All I got was "could not renew" messages. And even when I updated my payment it was rejected. The "2FA required for stored payment" messages were only visible once I tried to manually renew the domain that was failing. Not on the payments screen. Nowhere but when I actually tried to manually renew. At the minimum, the "could not renew" emails should have had in giant freaking font "If you do not have 2FA set up, stored payments cannot be used!", and that would have told me "hey, I guess I should turn on 2FA so my auto-renewals still work". I might have to start investigating a new registrar, as the communication has been very poor. And before I clicked 'create post' here, I double and triple-checked my emails. NOTHING about this at all. Just a generic "could not use your stored card" message. DO BETTER.

I am having difficulty is setting up sub account. followed info on your data sheets. set up first sub account with some difficulty. Second sub account user data entered and system reports error but gives zero information on error. Moniker may be saving money with marginal customer support but this is costing me YOUR CUSTOMER real time, money and frustration. Not a good trade from this view.

I manage a portfolio of domains for myself and some clients. Today, one of my clients asked me for a report of all the domains I manage and their contact info. I remember the prior version of the website where I could show that all the domains were assigned a contact code. Well, the new version of the website seems to have eliminated all of that. Which is fine, but there's no way that I can find to generate a report or export a list of domains in a folder with the contact name, email and address in it. Note that last part: address is unavailable as far as I can tell. You've done a nice job in revamping the site but I can see where I need some basic reporting tools. The site as it exists now appears to be light in that way.

It seems moniker website is very slow even after renewing our domain itself our website is not working or it's not updated world wide. what Kind of support is there you guys did. I am not able to answer to my company stake holders.

I have never had to download an authenticator to receive a 2FA. Upon trying several times on your website, I was unsuccessful. I tried Google authenticator, Authy. Every time I entered a code, it said invalid. You need to make it easier....none of my financial institutions require me to download anything to receive an SMS code. You shouldn't either.

Can you improve your DNS management system. Updating DNS from other providers like Godaddy is way better than your DNS system like you don't have to wait longer just to get your DNS updated. Is there a way you can improve it to make DNS update faster than waiting 4-8 hours before it gets updated? like right now I am updating the MX records by adding new MX records and removing the old MX records. The new record was updated in 15 minutes but the old records were not removed until like 8 hours. We can't wait that long if we are running a business.

well, at last, an interface I can use. I logged in and immediately felt comfortable with the interface. Thank you for finally hiring some designers with a sense of functionality . . . . remember : Steve Jobs once said :: "Design is not only how it looks, but how well it works!"
